Local weather activists in Spain glued their palms to well-known work by Francisco de Goya in Madrid’s Prado museum on Saturday.
A video posted to the Twitter account of the marketing campaign group Futuro Vegetal confirmed a docent asking guests to not take footage of the scene.
The impacted works – from the 18th and nineteenth centuries – embrace the artists “La Maja Vestida” and “La Maja Desnuda”: The Clothed Maja and the Bare Maja.
